This document defines membership pricing, billing cycle, and calculation examples for first-time members and renewals.

2. Membership Year
- Membership cycle is based on April to March.
- Standard renewal is charged yearly.
- For new members joining after April, a prorated amount may apply for the remaining period up to March.
3. New Member Payable Calculation
For new members, payable amount follows this structure:
- January to April joining: payable = Rs. 1500
- May to December joining: payable = prorated amount (till March) + Rs. 1500
Prorated Fee = Remaining Months till March x (1500 / 12)
4. Worked Example
Example: Joining in September
- Remaining months till March: 7
- Monthly rate: 1500 / 12 = 125
- Prorated fee: 7 x 125 = 875
- Next full-year fee: 1500
- Total payable = 875 + 1500 = Rs. 2375
5. Renewal Pricing
Once a member completes the first successful membership payment, subsequent renewals follow the standard renewal fee of Rs. 1200 per year, unless revised by the association.
